Group Management (ניהול קבוצות)

Group Management is an internal tool of the organization. Its coordinators use it to manage their groups: contacts and families, group membership and status, notes and tasks, and emails to group members. Only users the organization adds can sign in, with their Google account, and each coordinator sees only their own groups.

How the app uses Google data

• Sign in with Google: only to identify the user by name and email address.
• Gmail (the organization's own mailbox): to send emails to group members, and to read their replies and delivery notices.
• Google Drive: files attached to those emails.

Google data is used only for these features. It is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising.
